This photo from the Sea Center's site does not do him justice. This fish is almost 7 feet long by 4 feet high. When he turns sideways he takes up the bottom 1/3 of on of the windows of the tank he is in...he is really big!!! In the photo, Gordon is the Grouper at the top not the shark at the bottom. For reference, the shark is about 7 feet.
As for us, we had a wonderful day today. Two walks punctuated our work schedules. It was still windy; but at least the temps were up a little. Now that we are leaving tomorrow, this has turned into a really pretty place. To give you an idea...
