Life to the Fullest
 
 
I seem to have a patter of 5 days here.  Life has settled into normal "living" and although there are the exciting moments, I usually forget what I want to tell everyone about!!  I'm either getting old or need to carry a note pad with me.
 
South Dakota is known for its lightning storms.  The one last night lived up to that reputation.  First we watched it in the distance.  What a show!!  All indications were that it would miss us..well that storm had its own ideas.  Three hours later it decided to pass right over us.  Again it was spectacular. 
 
I was thankful for the rain.  I was able to find out that the repairs I did to the antenna stopped the leak.  No more surprises in the cabinet above the fridge.  It was not nice when I found all the cookware sitting in two inches of water several weeks ago.  That's one task accomplished.
 
I apparently need a day of the week clock.  We are scheduled for an 8:00 AM shift on Friday and a 6:30PM shift today.  Well, was everyone ever surprised when I arrived for work at 7:30 this morning...Oops.  I guess I'm anxious or something.
 
It's off to the assigned shift now.  We'll see who we can meet tonight.  On Sunday I met Mr. Wise of Wise Potato Chips.  You never know who you'll meet in an RV.
