And it ain't here. We have had a week of rain and cold. Wednesday and Thursday missed great chances to snow with rain and highs only in the 40s....YUK!!!
The sun finally came out today and brightened everything...including my mood. I promise you would not have wanted to hear from me this week.
Errands today took us past an elementary school. I don't know what was going on but the kits were sure cute all in a line wearing chartreuse teeshirts. i don't know if the teachers were afraid of loosing somebody or what. They definitely would not go missing in a shirt that bright...I guess spring has sprung there.
The forsythia has begun to bloom. It's always so cheery in its brilliant yellow. A row of blooming forsythia can make even a rainy day pleasant...I'm so glad it's here to enjoy.
Spent last night and tonight watching movies with friends...so much for work!! The Incredibles is a must see...Ladder 49 is great but a tear jerker...Shall We Dance is a great romantic comedy. Three seen...three hits.
A weekend of projects awaits. A gate for the yard of a new puppy...and time to just sit in the sun...at least a little...between projects.
PS. Chester has recovered from the attack last week. He is walking almost normally and can now get onto the bed by himself again. He's not quite making the counter by the window...but that will come with time.
