I now you all must think I'm crazy; but growing things in this environment presents new challenges that I was not expecting. I never realized how priviledged I was to be able to put something in the ground and it grew. That priviledge is not a part of gardening in South Dakota.
Well, I apparently have done something right. I planted seeds two days ago. I even had to cover them with more peat moss just yesterday. And today...I have sprouts!!! And, mroe than one!!!
I'm excited. Maybe this will be a successful growing season after all.
