Today was much quieter than yesterday...literally!! The power went off at 7:30AM. It was not on again until 1:45PM. Longer than most other times. Makes hooking up the generator this summer a higher priority. At least we would have had water!!!
So later this afternoon I finally was able to transplant the green beans and sweet peas. I fear my loss rate will be higher than if I had germinated them in their final location. Here is how they the looked before.... here is after. I'll keep you posted...wish me luck or that the seeds I fill in with germinate as well.
Cucumbers, onions and lettuce still waiting. The peppers did not germinate... hopefully plants will still be available in a few weeks.
