A majority of our time has been spent fiddle-farting around with the mortgage company. We knew it was a slam-dunk... but until we heard it from them, we fretted about it.
Today we received the message "Ok looks like we are good to go." The words we were waiting for. We bought a house!!! Closing is next Friday. I plan to sleep there Friday night... smells and all. We'll figure out the cleaning schedule on Saturday. Now we can move on.
