Today a gentleman from the Falkland Islands called...yes, called on the phone. After an episode of Will Rogers philosophy..."When you ask a question you appear ignorant for a moment. If you don't ask the question you remain ignorant forever."...and a search on the Internet, I now know where the Falkland Islands are.
The photos from the Internet search revealed a beautiful place. I would never have expected it for an island half way between the tip of South America and the Arctic Circle.
He sent me this photo of the wildlife in his backyard...can you imagine having these as neighbors?!?!?
