A friend of mine found this in a recent magazine. She thought it was appropriate for me...
Stuckee (noun) - Someone who is assigned a task she can't get out of. Like when I offered to help at the bake sale, I didn't realize I was going to be the stuckee who organized the whole thing.
Sound familiar... this from the person I asked to help me last year... and probably again this year... "Stuckor" may be slightly more appropriate.
Wish me luck this year. I really hope to put some changes in place.
