Ummmm... beef

Liver to be specific. Cooking it this evening for the dog's food. He may get some of it.

Fresh beef liver that is not overcooked must be one of the best tasting things I have had in a long time. I must force myself to save some of the three pound pack for the dog!!

I am definitely in the minority around here with my opinion. Yummmmm more for me!!!
