Yes, it was messy. Yes, it was hard work...but in general working with the pumper truck and the concrete in general was a lot easier than we every imagined. Three hundred and two linear feet of footings grew to quite an distance when every inch had to been worked by hand. We must thank our friend Don for being there. We could not have done it without him.
Now we have footings for the house. The crawl space walls go us next. I have a feeling that getting them done will not take nearly as long!
