Well, we are home safely. The flight in was on a VERY SMALL jet. I imagine that there are private jets as big as this one way. The 40 mph winds that greeted our arrival made landing exciting....that kind of excitement I can live without.
Slowly we are digging to the bottom of the show stock, display materials, and dirty clothes. I think the clothes multiplied while in the suitcase. I will be doing laundry for days.
All our friends were glad to see us. Several old friends from last year were had arrived over the weekend. We were glad to see them and look forward to their company during another fun summer.
Chester is more than happy to be home. Now that he is convinced that we are not going to leave him again, he is busy catching up on his sleep. I envy him...sleep would be nice.
It's off to work...time, tide and RT Systems customers wait for no one.
