Chicken and garlic Rice a Roni with chicken breasts halved added to it right after adding the water and seasoning. Then a little more parsley flakes... need to be easy with those. Dried parsley has more flavor than you would imagine and it's a tad bitter. Then fresh broccoli about 10 minutes into the cooking is placed right into the remaining liquid between the chicken breast pieces. One pan cooking. The only way to go.
My day at work went well. The boards came in and were good. I already ordered more. Of the 2000 that just arrived, close to 700 are already used... yes, really. I seem to be chasing this a lot lately. Need enough in place to hold me through travel season when I don't have time to chase parts and overseas production.
Tonight was bath night for the dogs... and it's not even Saturday. About once a month I can't live with the doggy smell any longer. They hate it until the towels and all the rubbing starts. I wish they could remember the good part more than the bad.
Time for more cooking shows. Never can tell what I'll put together next.
