Oysters.... did not realize until tonight how long it has been since I last had them. More than six years. The last time was in Gulf Port, MS at a restaurant that was destroyed in hurricane Katrina. I think of that place often.
Dinner was wonderful. It's amazing that fish can make it this far inland and not 8 hours further up the road!!!
