Datyon 2010

So, we left last Tuesday for Dayton... our yearly pilgrimage. Boy are we glad that we left on Tuesday. Rapid City awoke Wednesday morning to 4 inches of snow. That would have made the first 200 miles of the trip really slow going. As it was, we were way ahead of the storm... at least the snow. The drive to Dayton was uneventful.

You see here the booth we erected at Dayton. What you don't see are the photos taken during setup... what a mess. I'm still surprised that we were able to fit everything in the 8x10 booth. I had my doubts a few times.

The booth was well received. Lots of comments on how professional it looked. That's what I was going for. That room needs a little "professional" in with all the fleamarketters that now occupy the other spaces. Makes me want to move... so I looked around. The entire place is like that. Oh well, it's Dayton!!

The show was wonderful. Lots of positive energy. I feared complainers. I was greeted with lots of "Just buy it, it's the best" from one customer to another. I appreciate their loyalty and support.

I guess we have done it again. We're on top with our third endeavor.... and still growing. Can't wait to see where we go from here. "Up" is my favorite direction and I plan to head that way.
