Seems to be I post about every two weeks. So, let's catch up. Since we came back from Dayton we have been busy with work. Unfortunately, things have been not so good. Just before Dayton we began to experience massive failures with the cables. Not having time to figure out the problem, we went with what we had. So far there have been only some problems with the customers. Nothing major.
This was an intermittent problem... until now. Testing on the cables went from about 30% failure... yes, that is high... to 100%... that is ridiculous. Nothing was moving without extensive, time consuming testing.
Finally this weekend we , hopefully, found the right part that is failing. We always suspected that one part was giving us trouble. We never expected to find that two different lots of the same part were out of tolerance. With old parts in hand... we have had good success with the limited testing we have done. Enough that we are encouraged. We'll know more tomorrow.... here's hoping!!!!!
