The plants did well. I figured they would die over the winter and I would replace them with another crop this spring. My friend in Idaho told me otherwise as did the master gardeners at the seminar I attended a few weeks ago.
Turns out they were right. It's only March and I already have new plants and shoots getting started. The ground around them is still frozen and they are still growing. This is amazing!!!
Can't wait to see what the crop is like this year.
