It's 10:00 PM and it's not dark...and it's not the longest day of the year yet. Fifteen minutes ago the sunset still had color. The sky will lighten again at 3:45 AM. The length of the days here still amazes me and always will.
We are still, and will be, working on finishing work in the house. Color is going on the walls. Light fixtures went up in the living and dining rooms today. We will start on flooring in the next few days.
It's exciting watching everything fall into place. With each step and each accomplishment we become more comfortable in our new home.
