With or with the photo, I am here tonight to say "We Did It!!"
I am writing while sitting on the bed in the bedroom of the new house. Under inky black skys with a kazillion stars, we are celebrating our accomplishment.
The cats, though a little confused, are settling in well. Willie Nelson is serenading us from the other room. It is a peaceful evening....a fitting celebration for such an accomplishment.
I'll even be able to make coffee in the morning...although we will have to shower in the camper for several more days after the drain in the tub cracked unexpectedly.
I guess you have to take time to celebrate the accomplishments and take the setbacks in stride as you press on to another accomplishment. Life is to short not to celebrate any time you can.
