The tests are over....
The electrical was approved yesterday. The stickers on the meters say that all is official.
The plumbing was approved today. The permit will be cleared as soon as the fees arrive in Pierre...oops.
These were the two milestones that even Rod faced with aprehension.
Now they are done and we are on to the finishing work.
