That's what it was like for Anna today when a bird tried to take her for dinner!! A BIG bird. Either a really big hawk or an eagle. I got a really good look at him as I drove him away...not smart. I thought for a second that he was going to come after me.
Savvy as she is, Anna avoided the attack by hiding under the downed trees in the back yard. I guess she is about the same size as a rabbit...and being white doesn't help her either. We'll hope for the best in the future!!
You know why coyotes eat cats?
They taste like rabbit and don't run as fast...ha ha ha!!
It doesn't seem to be coyotes as much as birds of prey that we'll need to worry about as we live here with the wildlife.
