In the South when the weatherperson misses the forecast you do or do not get rain as predicted or maybe you get a little more than expected...well, in South Dakota when a forecast is missed you get 6 inches of snow rather than the dusting that was predicted.
That's what we awoke to this morning. Considering that the snow had stopped last night when we went to bed, we were surprised.
Beautiful sunshine and dry roads by 10:00 AM. A wonderful day overall.
