Hey Mosaic Mon. The beets cooked perfectly in the crockpot.
Set it on high and cook from the time you turn it on for about 2 hours (additional time needed for the contents to come to a boil...boiling time about 1.25 hours).
No need to watch it. Crockpots do not boil dry.
