One more thing done....

First...a friend pointed out that I had recommended a material in my last post but had not told you where to find it. Details for the thermal material that we are using under the sheathing of the roof can be found at http://www.insulation4less.com/highr_FF.asp (you may have to copy the link to your browser). Again, I recommend it highly. You would not believe how cool it is under the roof even when it is almost 100 degrees outside.

Now..on to our latest accomplishment. We have one more set of trusses to put up for the roof. This set is over the deck. These trusses are supported by beam along each side of the deck. Help is coming on Saturday to set the trusses, so yesterday was the day to get these beams in place.

This is how it ended up several hours later...so it takes us a little longer. Being done in time for the work on Saturday is all that matters...and yes, they are level!!
