Life finally turned loose enough for me to get a chance to let you know what has been happening in the frozen north.
That's the first of things.. snow. Lots of it in February and early March. About normal but when it's happening, it seems like it will last forever.
Out to the Orlando HamCation in February... and it was cold in Florida!! I guess we took it with us. Nice visiting with Mosaic Mom. Jealous of her garden. I miss the ability to just put seeds in the ground and have them grow without lots of help and prayers!!! The show was good. The after sales have been wonderful.
Lacey is doing well. The tube was removed today. She is closer to a normal cat now. Gaining weight at the rate of almost 1/2 lb a week. For a 5 pound cat, that's significant. She is already eating again this evening. I think there is hope for a long normal life. She's such a lovey baby.
Jack is fine... Jack is Jack. Nothing new. A little less pain with the arthritis meds. There are days he thinks he's a puppy... quite a big puppy.
We have been sick. Us and everyone else at work. The flu is no fun. I even closed the office on Monday to have a chance for everyone to get well. Each day is a little different and a little better.
Maybe I can keep my head above water a little more often. I always try. We'll just see what tomorrow brings.
