You have not heard from me because our business has done a record four times the normal sales in one month. Shipping increased from 8-10 packages to 20-30. So, needless to say, I've been busy!!!
I realized tonight that even among all that chaos...I love to bake. It is the one thing that relaxes me. Especially mixing my mother's infamous pound cake. Now that I have seen her do it I can take time to think of her as I follow the same steps.
